Dancehall artiste Skilibeng has scored her first gold-certified single with “Jump,” a collaboration with South African singer Tyra and American rapper Gunna.
“Jump,” from Tyra’s debut album Jump, was certified gold in Canada on July 2nd for sales and streaming equivalent of over 40,000 units.
The certification was issued by Music Canada.
During a visit to Jamaica in October 2023, Tyra listened to the song again and felt it needed a Jamaican sound, so told his team to contact Skillibeng to feature on it.
