Organisers of the fifth Jamaica International Beauty Expo, which kicked off with a bang last Saturday, May 25th, at the newly opened Harbour City Shopping Mall in Montego Bay, have signalled their intention to put on a record-breaking event.
The expo is scheduled to take place from Friday, June 28 to Sunday, June 30 at the Montego Bay Convention Centre and is confirmed to feature a significant contingent of Jamaican diaspora in Canada, including skin care therapists and beauty and lifestyle content creators.
The mall’s rooftop was transformed into a symphony of colours and textures, giving the launch a fashion show feel, as designers unveiled their latest creations and immersed guests in an experience that embodied the essence of confidence and individuality.
The collection included Golden Hour Glow by Tamia Carey, Rivers by Kamala Dixon, CAW (Confident Authentic Woman) accessories by Analeigh Ledford (belts on display), a handmade clutch by Candor’s Kwenz by Sakhalin Hay Warms, and a swimsuit by 876 Beachwear with accessories by Opulent Accessories.
