MINI Jamaica is gearing up to introduce the first-ever, all-electric MINI Aceman to Jamaican consumers in October 2024. This exciting new addition to the MINI lineup follows in the footsteps of the MINI Cooper SE and the recently launched Countryman, further expanding the brand’s portfolio of electric vehicles.

The MINI Aceman is positioned as a versatile option that bridges the gap between the compact MINI Cooper and the larger MINI Countryman. Combining stylish design with ample interior space, the Aceman offers a compelling choice for individuals looking for a compact SUV that delivers on both performance and functionality.

Head of business at MINI Jamaica, Sloane Jackson, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming launch, stating that the MINI Aceman represents a significant step forward for the brand in Jamaica. Jackson highlighted the Aceman’s appeal as a stylish and affordable SUV variant that caters to a wide range of customers’ needs.

The MINI Aceman will be available in two variants: the MINI Aceman E, offering a range of 309 kilometres, and the MINI Aceman SE, with a range of 405 kilometres. Both variants come equipped with high-voltage batteries that can be AC charged at 11 kW and support DC fast charging up to 75 kW for the Aceman E and 95 kW for the Aceman SE. This rapid charging capability allows for quick and convenient top-ups, making long-distance travel a breeze.

Jackson shared his optimism about the impact of the Aceman on MINI Jamaica’s sales, projecting a 10-15% contribution to annual figures in 2025. The introduction of the Aceman is expected to further strengthen MINI’s presence in the Jamaican market and attract customers looking for a versatile and environmentally friendly driving solution.

Overall, the MINI Aceman represents a bold new chapter in the MINI brand’s electric vehicle journey, offering customers in Jamaica a stylish, compact, and sustainable option for their daily commute and beyond. Stay tuned for the official launch of the MINI Aceman next month and get ready to experience the future of driving with MINI.
