Kingston, Jamaica — Authorities are delving into the mysterious death of 26-year-old Joel Saunders from Mandela Terrace, Kingston 11. Saunders was pronounced dead by doctors shortly after being left at Kingston Public Hospital (KPH) in the early hours of Wednesday morning. His body bore multiple gunshot wounds to the back.

At approximately 2:47 am, Saunders was transported to KPH in a white Toyota Vitz. He was identified by a woman who claimed to be his mother, revealing that they shared the same address. The exact location and circumstances under which Saunders sustained his injuries remain unclear.
