KINGSTON, Jamaica — To accelerate the damage assessment following Hurricane Beryl on July 3, Prime Minister Andrew Holness announced the redeployment of hundreds of summer workers from the Youth Summer Employment Program to the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM).
