1. Wait-a-Bit Vodka is a premium small-batch vodka from Jamaica. Made from select yellow yams grown by small farmers on the small mountainside surrounding our distillery in the small town of Wait-a-Bit in Trelawny, and finished with local spring water from Cockpit Country. It’s gluten-free and the freshest vodka on the market. From yam to glass, you’re bringing us high-quality spirits while supporting local Jamaican agricultural efforts.
2. Company History
Wait a Bit Distillers was founded with a vision to produce premium quality spirits with great Jamaican flavour and showcase them to the world.

Our ingredients are sourced in Jamaica, most of it within 10 miles of our distillery in Wait-a-Bit, Trelawny.

Wait a Bit Vodka is scheduled to be released in late June 2024.
5. The story behind the product packaging
Our vodka is truly small-batch and is made entirely by hand, including the packaging.
6. The breakthrough
Our first breakthrough came recently at a tasting with a well-known liquor company, where they were amazed by the quality of our vodka.

8. What is your reaction to the product?
The overall response has been very positive. We produce fresh vodka, sourced from local ingredients and small farms.
9. We will expand our business.
We plan to make Wait-a-Bit Vodka world famous for the quality of our Jamaican yellow yams.
10. What is your biggest challenge?
Initially, the engineering work and working in rural Jamaica posed some big challenges, but it turned out we just had to wait.
