Manchester, Jamaica – Four individuals from Manchester’s Old England area have been charged with multiple offenses following a police raid on Friday, during which a Taurus 9mm handgun was seized.
According to the Manchester police, officers executing a search warrant discovered the handgun, which was hidden beneath clothing in a room. The weapon was accompanied by a magazine containing 10 rounds of 9mm ammunition.
The four people detained during the raid include Ceejay Wilson, known as ‘Six’, 25; Richard Golding, 20; Gregory Swaby, 28; and Sandra Golding, 54. They face charges of possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorized use of a building for storing firearms and ammunition, and related offenses.
The defendants are scheduled to appear in Manchester Parish Court on Wednesday, July 31, to face these charges. The case underscores ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat illegal firearm possession and related criminal activities in the region.
