Dear Claudienne,
I have been experiencing serious issues with Flow Jamaica restoring my internet service since I reported the issue on 27th December 2023. The same day I reported the issue, a representative called me to make an appointment on 29th December 2023 between 12pm and 5pm. On 28th December 2023, a technician called me and asked if anyone was currently on the premises. I was told there was no technician and I provided an appointment date.
On the appointed day, the technician never even called, however, when I called Flow 100 to ask why the technician never showed up, I was informed that the technician reported/recorded that the customer had rescheduled the appointment for 12pm-5pm on December 30th, 2023, which was not true.
I waited again for the technician to come and fix the issue but again he never came and I never got a call back. I called Flow 100 again and this time I was told they reported that the technician could not enter the premises. I was then told that the technician would visit on 12/31/2023 but he never showed up.
Since then I have called Flow 100 almost daily and have been told they will escalate the issue.
I called again on 1/21/2024 and was informed that the ticket number that was issued was closed on 1/12/2024 due to “no entry to the premises” and a new ticket had been created – I was not given a new ticket number.
There is no one to refer me to a department that can solve the problem, I can only report the problem by phone or through WhatsApp Flow, but this doesn’t work.
We ask for your cooperation in resolving this issue with Flow Jamaica.
