The Jamaica Observer Takes Style Out (TSO) event kicked off with a bang as retailers and sponsors gathered at the AC Hotel Kingston’s Innovation Room on Wednesday, just hours before the main event’s start on October 24. The event, which began as Fashion’s Night Out 15 years ago, has now evolved into a three-day shopping extravaganza that celebrates local fashion and shopping culture.
Guests at the launch event were treated to crafted cocktails, courtesy of TSO partners National Commercial Bank Limited (NCB), as they listened to guest speakers Tamia Carey and Norma Williams share insights on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The main event, sponsored by National Commercial Bank, Multilink, Island Car Rentals, and EDGE 105, promises to be a memorable shopping experience for attendees. Retailers and e-tailers joined Novia McDonald-Whyte for a celebratory photo op, showcasing the excitement and anticipation for the upcoming shopping days.
The celebration continued with a cake-cutting moment led by Jamaica Observer Managing Director Dominic Beaubrun and Senior Associate Editor, Lifestyle & Social Content Novia McDonald-Whyte. The 15th anniversary cake, created by Future Bakery, was a highlight of the event.
As guests mingled and shared in the excitement of the upcoming shopping extravaganza, the energy and enthusiasm for Take Style Out 2024 were palpable. With a focus on providing a memorable and engaging shopping experience, the event promises to be a highlight for fashion enthusiasts and shoppers alike.
