ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — A serious crime has come to light in Old Harbour, St Catherine, as a 45-year-old barber has been charged with rape and having sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16. The accused, whose name has not been disclosed, faces allegations spanning from January 2022 to October 2023.
