25-year-old Spanish Town Farmer Charged with Murder and Unlawful Burial

A 25-year-old farmer from Fraser’s Content, Spanish Town, St. Catherine, has been charged with the murder and unlawful burial of a security guard. The accused, Kamal McDonald, is linked to the death of 33-year-old Kevon Anderson.

According to Spanish Town Police, the incident came to light on Wednesday, May 8th, at approximately 1:39 pm, when a resident discovered a body buried in a shallow grave while crossing the main road at Fraser’s Content, Spanish Town. Following an investigation, the body was identified as Anderson’s.

The police followed several investigative leads, which led to the involvement of Kamal McDonald. He was taken into custody and subsequently charged on Thursday, July 11th, with murder, conspiracy to murder, and unlawful burial of a body.

McDonald is scheduled to appear in St. Catherine Parish Court on Monday, July 22.
