ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — An 18-year-old has been charged with larceny following a break-in at a residence on Glenville Lane, Gregory Park, located in Portmore, St Catherine. The accused, identified as Antwone Robinson, known by the alias ‘Bredda’, is employed as a construction worker.
According to reports from the St Catherine South Police, Robinson allegedly accessed the victim’s home through a window on the morning of Friday, September 6, sometime after 7:20 am. He reportedly took various items from the house, which were valued at approximately $33,000, before fleeing the scene.
The homeowner, who was not present during the break-in, discovered the theft upon returning to her residence. She immediately notified local authorities, who then conducted a forensic examination of the scene. Robinson was apprehended later after local residents detained him.
Currently, arrangements are being made to schedule a court appearance for Robinson, where he will face charges related to the larceny incident.
